Mug Face is the celebration of a collaboration between my father and sister which aims to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s charities.

The exhibition was intended to function as a showcase of their ceramic creations, an auction fundraiser, and to honour the artist and man that is my dad. An important aim was to make this a platform to show the world that people with Alzheimer’s/dementia are still creative and valuable parts of society as opposed to adhering to the stereotype that the person becomes lesser as soon as a diagnosis has been made.
